We can design and manufacture every kind of adapter to connect various brands of motors to our gear reducer. Just let us know your motor so that we can select a suitable adapter and send you the assemble drawing of the gear reducer for your confirmation.
How SunUs deals with customers' application in special environments under the high speed and need to prevent the thermal expansion?
Our gear reducers use liquid flowing synthetic oil and are designed with an inlet and an outlet, so they can connect with a cooling device for circulation temperature, to ensure the highest accuracy.
Why do the main SunUs products use tapper roller bearings?
Most of our products are equipped with tapper roller bearings that can sustain more radial and axial load.
For heavy-duty applications, tapper roller bearings are better than ball bearings.
What differences are between carburized grinding and nitriding gears?
Former gears are produced with deep carburizing and hardening treatment. Their surfaces under accurate grind feature better rigid, smooth, and wear resistance. The carbon layer depth is 0.5-2.0 mm. Nitriding is a heat-treating process that diffuses nitrogen into the surface of a metal to create a hardened surface. Nitride generally has a depth of 0.1-0.6 mm.
